Gosvea has developed PDA (Professional Development Accelerator) Programs (Big Data, Blockchain, Deep Learning, Self Marketing), ICCPRA First Aid Service Platform, ALLCPR emergency training chains in the USA, IE Enterprise Technology Service System, and International Education Service. Gosvea is a CPR/BLS training partner of the American Red Cross and AHA.

e. About the project

This project focuses on the popularization of community emergency (CPR) and community lifesaving (BLS) education for all, deepening the public’s understanding and practical ability in emergency medical response through “Team CPR Training” and “Parent-Child CPR Training”.

By selecting real-life emergency cases, we will produce a series of multimedia content covering recording, editing, clipping, and composition. This content will be presented in an intuitive video format, complemented by professional emergency interviews and live interactive sessions, allowing the audience to learn valuable life-saving knowledge in an intense and exciting simulated scenario.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for the creative production of content, ensuring accurate information delivery and visual appeal. You will establish a new learning atmosphere in the community, making the learning of lifesaving skills an interactive experience that resonates more deeply with people.

f. Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for those with majors in fine arts design or computer-related fields.
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as WordPress/Photoshop/Flash for video editing and optimization.
  • Strong artistic foundation and conceptualization skills, capable of independently completing static website design and production.
  • Over 3 years of experience working with content development teams and regional partners; those with local working experience are preferred.
  • Extensive experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing for increased sales.
  • Broad understanding of ICCPRA products’ features, advantages, and applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to turn key metrics and customer experience data into effective content strategies.
  • Flexibility, tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to work in a highly matrixed environment where teamwork is essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for ICCPRA, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Utilize multimedia tools, such as video editing, graphic design, and web content management systems, to enhance the impact of online education for community emergency response.
  • Creatively plan and produce promotional materials for Team CPR Training and Parent-Child CPR Training, ensuring content accuracy and target audience engagement.
  • Organize and coordinate the filming and editing of emergency case videos, enhancing the professionalism and appeal of emergency interviews and live broadcasts.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining content on websites and social media, ensuring timeliness and interactivity.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, providing timely feedback and continuously optimizing marketing strategies.

All interns are required to participate in a unified training program, supporting OPT/CPT, with outstanding participants eligible for H1B sponsorship.
