Gosvea has developed PDA (Professional Development Accelerator) Programs (Big Data, Blockchain, Deep Learning, Self Marketing), ICCPRA First Aid Service Platform, ALLCPR emergency training chains in the USA, IE Enterprise Technology Service System, and International Education Service. Gosvea is a CPR/BLS training partner of the American Red Cross and AHA.
e. About the project:
As an ICCPRA Partner, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining key partnerships, driving forward the mission and business development of ICCPRA. You will establish collaborations with government agencies, healthcare providers, and non-profit organizations to develop emergency response training initiatives.
You will also oversee the planning and execution of partnership projects, ensuring they align with mutual interests and are geared towards successful and sustainable outcomes. Your work will directly impact the enhancement of community emergency response capabilities and the safeguarding of lives.
The salary range for this position is competitive, with the possibility of bonuses, equity options, and additional benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Specific salary details will be discussed during the recruitment process based on your location and experience.

- Practical experience in business negotiations and strategic partnerships.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships.
- Advanced project management skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ICCPRA partnership relations, including identifying and evaluating potential collaboration opportunities.
- Plan and manage partnership projects to ensure smooth implementation.
- Negotiate with partners to ensure that agreements and projects meet the expectations and needs of both parties.
- Regularly assess partnership relationships to ensure effectiveness and satisfaction.
- Represent ICCPRA in business meetings and negotiations to maximize organizational interests.
All interns are required to participate in a unified training program, supporting OPT/CPT, with outstanding participants eligible for H1B sponsorship.
