4) Gospace
Small Classroom (under 20): $40 per hour, $200 per day
Middle Classroom (less than 30 people): $50 per hour, $300 per day
Large Classroom (less than 100 people): $300 per hour, $1500 per day
Incubator: $5 per hour, $30 per day, $600 per month
