—ALLCPR Instructor Provides Free CPR Training for Election Volunteers in California’s 16th Congressional District
On November 3, 2026, Jason Lin, an ALLCPR Instructor of the Year, served as a volunteer aide (AIDE) during the U.S. midterm congressional and state legislative elections. Drawing on his expertise in emergency care instruction, Lin provided free cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training to a group of AIDE election volunteers in California’s 16th Congressional District. He also conducted on-site first aid safety rounds, putting his professional skills to work in service of the community.
ALLCPR’s training emphasizes both emergency response knowledge and practical skills, helping volunteers strengthen their emergency preparedness and learn how to provide lifesaving assistance when it matters most. By combining professional training with volunteer service, the activity helped support safety at election sites and demonstrated ALLCPR instructors’ commitment to protecting lives and serving their communities.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, ALLCPR Group has a training network spanning 35 U.S. states and trains more than 7,000 people each month. It is an American Red Cross (ARC) top-tier partner (PLTP) and an American Heart Association (AHA) training site and received ARC Achievement Awards in 2024 and 2025.
Dr. Claude Wang, Chairman of ALLCPR, said the organization will continue promoting emergency care education and community training, while working to build the “Four-Minute Social Safety Infrastructure Network” (SSI 4 Minutes). The initiative aims to help more people acquire lifesaving skills, participate in community mutual assistance, and contribute to protecting lives.
