On October 4, 2018, Dr. Claude Wang(President of USJ), and Mr. Ben Chen, (Chairman of ABC blockchain Community) signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement states they will develop and promote the series courses of blockchain, and built the Blockchain Research Institute of USJ. Mr. Sam Dodd (blockchain expert) will be the first President of blockchain Research Institute of USJ. Mr. Eric Sean (blockchain expert of Bay Area), Mr. Henry Gong will be vice president of blockchain Research Institute, Ms. Aily served as Secretary General and blockchain expert Mr. Ben Chen served as Chief Scientist.
