— Dr. Claude Wang, Chairman of ALLCPR, and Mr. Qinghe Li, President of the American Yanzhao Chamber of Commerce, Sign Cooperation Agreement
On August 19, 2026, Dr. Claude Wang, Chairman of ALLCPR, and Mr. Qinghe Li, President of the American Yanzhao Chamber of Commerce, formally signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop San Francisco’s first AUTOCPR center offering American Red Cross (ARC) training programs. The initiative will expand access to CPR and first-aid training for communities throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will combine their strengths in community outreach, public service, emergency training, and digital operations. Supported by ALLCPR’s standardized training and service system, the center will explore an innovative “AI Agent + AUTOCPR” model. Through digital scheduling, AI-supported learning, standardized skills practice, and certification services, it will provide convenient and efficient CPR and first-aid training for residents, employees, students, schools, businesses, and community organizations.
Mr. Li stated that improving the public’s emergency-response skills is essential to building safer communities. The American Yanzhao Chamber of Commerce will mobilize its members and community partners to support first-aid education and public-benefit training programs.
Dr. Wang described the partnership as an important step in expanding ALLCPR’s community emergency-training network in San Francisco. The two organizations will work together to advance standardized, network-based, and technology-enabled training, empowering more people with the lifesaving skills needed during critical emergencies and contributing to the development of social safety infrastructure across the Bay Area.
